A gentle approach to healing

Through EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore emotional challenges, limiting beliefs, unresolved experiences, physical symptoms, and stress held within the mind and body.

One of the aspects many clients appreciate about EFT and Matrix Reimprinting is their gentle approach. While we work with the emotions, beliefs, and patterns connected to difficult experiences, it is not always necessary to revisit or share every detail of a memory in order to create meaningful change.

Sessions are guided at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you, allowing healing and transformation to occur without becoming overwhelmed by the past.

A relaxed, no-obligation opportunity to have a chat about what you're currently experiencing, what you'd like support with, and whether EFT and Matrix Reimprinting feels like the right approach for you. We can also answer any questions you may have about the sessions and decide together how you'd like to proceed.

First Session (75 mins)

An opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you'd like support with, and where you'd like to begin. We'll introduce the EFT techniques and, where appropriate, begin using EFT and Matrix Reimprinting to explore what you're experiencing, always working together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Follow-up Session (60 mins)

An opportunity to build on the work we've already begun and explore what has shifted since your previous session. We'll continue working with the patterns, beliefs, emotions or experiences that feel most relevant, adapting each session to what you're experiencing and what feels appropriate to explore next.‍

Availability

In person sessions are available Thursday evenings from 5:30pm until late at The Wellness Hub, Falmouth. Please contact Maia to arrange alternative days, times, or online sessions.

How many sessions to I need?

Depending on what you would like to work on, I generally recommend 3–6 sessions to address the presenting issue. Every person and situation is unique, however, and this can be adjusted as we work together. An initial plan can be discussed during your free consultation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, payment may be transferred to another appointment or refunded. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session fee. Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with compassion and discretion.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.
